1. Servicebook Software License

Servicebook is a proprietary software application. The software is licensed, not sold, to you for use under the terms of this license agreement. This license grants you the right to use the Servicebook platform according to the subscription plan you have selected.

2. License Types

2.1 Basic License

The Basic License allows a single user to access and use the core functionalities of the Servicebook platform. This license includes:

• Appointment scheduling
• Client management
• Basic reporting
• Email notifications

2.2 Professional License

The Professional License includes all features of the Basic License, plus:

• Team management (up to 5 staff members)
• Advanced reporting
• Online booking
• SMS notifications
• Custom branding

2.3 Enterprise License

The Enterprise License includes all features of the Professional License, plus:

• Unlimited team members
• Multiple locations
• API access
• Dedicated support
• Custom integrations
• Priority feature requests

3. Third-Party Software Licenses

Servicebook includes third-party software components licensed under various open-source licenses. Below is a list of the main third-party components used and their respective licenses:

• Use the Servicebook platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transfer, sublicense, or assign your license rights to any other person or entity
